Tracey was extremely kind and helpful when I had trouble with the direct2Florist website and organized everything over the phone. She made a special trip to deliver the flowers for me (as the courier had left) and didnt even charge for it when I mucked that up. And of course the flowers are gorgeous. Five stars.

Super fast delivery thank you It would be nice if a picture of the flowers were emailed to me. I found this very helpful when another florist I used in Hamilton NZ did this. Just a idea you may like to consider.
