Tracey was extremely kind and helpful when I had trouble with the direct2Florist website and organized everything over the phone. She made a special trip to deliver the flowers for me (as the courier had left) and didn???t even charge for it when I mucked that up. And of course the flowers are gorgeous. Five stars.
